QR codes, short for ‘Quick Response’ codes, are barcodes that can be scanned using a smartphone and will link directly to one of your tracks, albums, or merch items. It can also be used to share a direct link to your EPK or a specific page of your website. The code can be copied, printed, or downloaded.

How to find the QR code for your track, album, or merch item

QR codes can be found in the ‘Share’ options of any song, album, or store item in your control panel.

Note: QR codes will not be publicly visible to anyone clicking a ‘share’ link on your live site. They can only be found through the share options visible when editing your site.

Steps to find the QR code for a track or merch item:

  1. From your ‘Edit Content’ tab, click on the store or music feature containing the merch item, track, or album you’d like to share
  2. Click the ‘…‘ link in the ‘Actions’ column next to the track or merch item
  3. Click ‘Share’

Steps to find the QR code for an album

  1. From your ‘Edit Content’ tab, click on the album you’d like to share
  2. Click the ’Share album’ link in the top-right corner

How to find the QR code for your EPK or a page of your website

A QR code can be found in the page settings of your EPK or any page of your website.

  1. From your ‘Edit Content’ tab, click the ‘Pages’ button on the left
  2. Click the cog icon next to your page name
  3. Click the ‘Share’ link in the top-right corner

How to share your QR code

Your QR code can be shared with your fans either by copying it, printing it, or downloading it.

  • Copy: copy the QR code as a PNG image file on your clipboard, which can then be pasted into an external application like Photoshop, Notes, or Word
  • Print: print out a physical version of the QR code for posters, merch tables, etc., or save it as a PDF document
  • Download: save a .PNG version of the QR code to your device
