New: Promote your music with Smart Links

We're excited to announce that we've added a new built-in Smart Links feature to our Pro Plan to help you promote and sell your music.

Smart Links are a great way to organize your streaming and social media links in a sleek, shareable, and mobile-friendly format. This new feature also allows you to drive fans back to your music website that you own and control, rather than an outside service.

Use Smart Links to promote and sell a single or album

When it comes time to release new music, you'll want to be sure it’s easy for fans to access. The Smart Links feature allows you to quickly organize as many services in a stacked layout as you want. Your fans can simply click on a platform to check out your music in their preferred way. 

The Smart Links feature also displays a Buy button at the very top to encourage fans to purchase music directly from your official website store, commission-free. So if you're selling your music online, this works hand-in-hand to balance music sales with offering easy access to streaming services.

You can create a Landing page with a sole focus to share your new album and draw in new listeners, or add Smart Links to any page where you’d like to promote and share your music.

Create Smart Links using your own custom domain name

Nothing says you're taking your music career seriously like your own website with a custom domain name. Now you can create Smart Links pages under your own domain name. 

Establishing a personal brand as a musician is key to effectively marketing your music and converting listeners into fans. Creating fully self-branded Smart Links on your own website will help cement your brand for your listeners with just a few clicks.  

Share your Smart Links page across social media platforms

With one click you can share your Smart Links page through your social media channels. You can also include the link as your official bio link on social platforms, providing easy access for fans to buy your music, or listen on their preferred streaming service. 

Add Smart Links to your website pages

If you’re not in the process of promoting new music at the moment, you can add Smart Links to other pages on your website to offer a clean, organized layout for your visitors.

Create a stacked section of social media services on your EPK page, or add some dimension to your Homepage with a column organizing your most used promotional platforms. You could also use Smart Links on a music page to create a layered look for your overall streaming presence.

You can change up the links within the Smart Links feature at any time, and if you switch your website template, they’ll automatically match your new design.

Check out page-level Smart Links data 

Also new for Bandzoogle Pro members is page-level data. Your Reports tab will now display inbound sources and outbound links associated with your Smart Links feature per page, giving you details on how your fans are reaching your website, plus where they’re going once they view your page. 

Set a date range to evaluate any marketing efforts you’ve created for your music, then check out the views, sessions, and clicks per page, and per service.
