Keeping fans updated on your music and shows is important. The best way to do this is by consistently sending out newsletters. This is done through the 'Mailing List' tab in your Bandzoogle account. If you’d also like to share newsletters on your website or to social media, you can do that through our 'Blog' feature.

Adding Pages

How to add a newsletter page:

  1. From the ‘Edit Content’ tab, click ‘Pages’
  2. Select ‘Add a page’
  3. Select ‘Blank Page’
  4. In the ‘Title’ field, name your page something similar to ‘Newsletters’

  5. Adjust your page options

    • If you don’t want this page to show up in the navigation menu, select ‘Not in Menu’ next to ‘Menu settings’

  6. Click ‘Create my page’

Adding your newsletter

PART 1

  1. From the ‘Edit Content’ tab, click ‘Pages’ and open the page you created for newsletters
  2. Click ‘Add feature’
  3. Select the ‘Blog’ feature
  4. Use the placement arrows on that page to set the blog’s location

PART 2

  1. From the ‘Mailing List’ tab, click the ‘Subject’ name for the newsletter you’d like to use
  2. Click the ‘Re-use message’ button
  3. Click the three vertical dots in the toolbar (right corner)
  4. Click ‘Source’ in the dropdown of options
  5. Copy the full page of code

PART 3

  1. From the ‘Edit Content’ tab, click ‘Pages’ and open the page you created for newsletters
  2. Click the ‘Blog’ feature
  3. Click the ‘New Post’ button
  4. In the ‘Post title’ field, enter your newsletter title
  5. Click the three vertical dots in the toolbar (right corner)
  6. Click ‘Source’ in the text editor toolbar
  7. Paste the full page of code copied from the newsletter in PART 2
  8. Click ‘Publish’

Sharing your newsletter

From the Mailing List tab

  1. From the ‘Mailing List’ tab, click ‘Share’ to the right of your newsletter subject
  2. Choose the share option you’ll be using:
    • Facebook: Click the Facebook icon
    • Threads: Click the Threads icon
    • X: Click the X icon
    • By Email: Click the email icon
    • By direct link: Click ‘Copy’ in the ‘Link’ field, and paste that into a social media post, email, or text message.
    • QR Code: Copy, print, or download the QR Code that will link directly to your track or album when scanned.
