Your membership plan level can be changed at any time, no matter which of our plans you currently use. For example, you may not yet need the sales tools to sell download codes. In that case you could start with our Standard plan and move up to our Pro plan when you’re ready.

How to change your plan:

  1. From the ‘Edit Content’ tab, click the arrow next to your username in the top right corner
  2. Select ‘Account Details’ from the dropdown menu
  3. Click the ’change plan’ button in the ‘Plan & Billing’ section
  4. Click the green button for the plan you’d like to use
  5. Select a monthly or annual subscription cycle
    • Both monthly and annual payment subscriptions renew automatically.
    • All annual subscriptions automatically include a 2-month discount, so you would be paying the equivalent of 10 months of a monthly subscription.
  6. Click ‘Subscribe’
  7. You’ll be redirected to Stripe’s secure payment portal. Enter your payment details
  8. Click on the blue ‘Subscribe’ button to confirm

You can also access your plan details from your Bandzoogle main dashboard. Here’s how:

‘Quick links’ section

  1. Log in to Bandzoogle or, if you’re logged in, click on the BZ (Home) icon in the top left of your control panel
  2. In the ‘Quick links’ section on the right, click ‘Account Details’
  3. Beside ‘Plan & Billing,’ click ‘change plan’
  4. Select the green button to choose a new plan

‘Your account’ section

  1. Log in to Bandzoogle or, if you’re logged in, click on the BZ (Home) icon in the top left of your control panel
  2. In the ‘Your Account’ section on the right, click ‘Upgrade’ beside your current plan type
  3. Select the green button to choose a new plan
  4. Follow the steps to change your plan

Note: Our payment processor, Stripe, can only charge the full price of the monthly or annual payment subscription you're switching to. It will automatically refund any unused portion of the previous payment on your account within 5 business days. The recurring billing date on the account will change to the date of the most recent payment.
