Bandzoogle receives Stevie Award for Front-Line Customer Service Team of the Year

May 10, 2022 - Bandzoogle’s customer support team has won a 2022 Bronze Stevie award for Front-Line Customer Service Team of the Year - Technology Industries.

Now in its 19th year of operations, Bandzoogle powers over 60,000 websites for musicians, who have sold more than $90 million in music and merch, commission-free, through the platform.

Often praised as one of Bandzoogle’s best features, the customer support team is made up of mostly musicians themselves, allowing them to directly relate to their customers.

Customer support has always been an integral part of the company’s success. CEO Stacey Bedford was hired as the first support technician for Bandzoogle in 2007, creating processes for customer support which are still used today.

“Our company culture puts customer service first, which not only strengthens our business, but allows us to compete with significantly larger organizations,” says Bedford. “And the more we can help our customers quickly and efficiently, the more they can focus on creating great music.”

The small but dedicated support team offers support availability day and night, helping customers in English, French, and Spanish. Each member of the team has the expertise to walk customers through every aspect of the platform - including design customization, technical questions, billing, and even free website audits.

“As musicians ourselves, we genuinely care about the needs of our customers, and we always strive to go above and beyond for them,” says Adam Percy, Bandzoogle’s Head of Customer Support.

This marks the second year in a row that Bandzoogle’s customer support team has received a Stevie Award, recognizing the hard work and dedication that the team puts into helping musicians succeed online.
