You can easily change the email address used to log in to your account at any time. Updating this information will change where we send notifications about your account (including support replies, billing alerts, purchase updates, mailing list notifications, and custom form feature submissions, etc.). Your login address will also be the default email address listed in the reply-to field for anyone responding to an email campaign sent through your Mailing List tab.

How to change the email address used to log in to your account:

  1. From the ‘Edit Content’ tab click the arrow next to your username in the top right corner
  2. Select ‘Account Details’ from the dropdown menu
  3. Click the ‘edit profile’ button
  4. Enter the email address you want to use
  5. Click ‘Save’

Note: It’s important that you have access to your login email address outside of your Bandzoogle account. If you are ever locked out of your account, you will need access to that email inbox to receive the password reset link.

How to change your account password:

  1. From the ‘Edit Content’ tab, click the arrow next to your username in the top right corner
  2. Select ‘Account Details’ from the dropdown menu
  3. Click the ‘change password’ button in the ‘Profile’ section
  4. Enter your current password, your new password, and then confirm the new password again
  5. Click ‘Save’

Note: If you don’t have access to your current password, please log out of your account. Go to the member login screen at https://bandzoogle.com/login and click on ‘I forgot my password’. Then enter the current email address on your account. This will prompt our system to send you a password reset link by email.
