New website template: Filter

Got a perfect new headshot from a recent photoshoot? Maybe you’re rebranding your website to match your new album artwork. In either case, our new website template Filter is the perfect fit to show off your music.

Focus on your band’s imagery

Completely customize the header area of your website by adding a square image beside your band name and call-to-action. This will place the same image behind it in full-width.

Make it look the way you want by adjusting the height, or adding a modern blur effect. You can also customize the border or drop shadow on the image.

Try out different header image filters, from grayscale to a custom color, to find one that makes your image pop off the page.

Customizable call-to-action

Adding a call-to-action to promote your upcoming single or latest video works well with this template. Your visitor’s eyes will zoom in on your square image, then gravitate to the text and button beside it. 

Customize the look by making the button semi-transparent, or an outline, then place it on the page. 

You can set your image and call-to-action to the left, center, or right, as well as the top, middle, or bottom, over your full-width header image.

Full-width menu options

The menu spans the top of the page, and includes loads of options to make sure your navigation is clear. Adjust the color and opacity of the bar. Change the size of the page name buttons, and choose your menu button hover color.

Simple sections for music and more

Mirror the full-width header area at the top by adding sections down the page. Use a subtle background color for each section to organize your music, merch, and bio text.

Add a full-width music player to make your music stand out. Or, try out a blog for news in the ‘carousel’ view, complete with a thumbnail image per post.

Fresh fonts

To round out the look of this template, we’ve paired each version with coordinated fonts to make the text easy to read. We’ve also added two new font options: Orbitron and Marcellus. 

Four website templates to choose from

To help make things simple, we’ve created four distinct versions of this template. You can grab one and go, or mix it up, swapping out fonts and colors as you see fit.

The Playful version of this template would work well for a pop band. From a colorful header image area, to simple white sections and a plain font featuring pops of red, you can easily make your music stand out.

The Neutral variation features black and white imagery, and is perfect for a rock band. Try out a few live shots in your header and content areas, and you’ll be all set with a stunning look.

Next up is the Sombre variation - just right for a singer-songwriter looking to make a mark with a fresh new website. The sections are a modern, muted olive by default. Feel free to adjust those to match your main image, or keep them as-is for a mellow, look. Charcoal accent colors make your social media icons, menu, and links stand out.

Finally, the elegant version of this template is wide open to customization for a musician of any genre. Use it to complete your website’s look, with pale green sections and crisp white text. Your menu will pop off the page with the highlighted item set off in black.
