Get Your Website Reviewed at the ASCAP EXPO

Bandzoogle is California Dreamin’! We’ll be attending the ASCAP EXPO in Los Angeles, giving a workshop at Musicians Institute in Hollywood, as well as hosting an event in San Diego. Here are all the details:
 

ASCAP EXPO April 18-20

We’re heading to the ASCAP EXPO this year (along with Katy Perry, apparently!). Bandzoogle CEO David Dufresne will moderate a Website Demolition Derby panel which includes Kyle Bylin (Live Nation Labs/Sidewinder.fm), Hisham Dahud (Digital Strategy Director, Fame House), Matt Lee (Web Director, Fame House), and Dave Cool (Artist Relations, Bandzoogle).

The panel will offer live critiques of websites, assessing each site's design, organization, content and functionality, and discuss how websites fit with an artist's overall online strategy. The panelists are extremely knowledgeable and deeply allergic to bad design, Flash

widgets, and unreadable fonts. Reviews will be ruthless and diplomacy will be left aside, but everyone will leave the room having learned about website design best practices.

Free Website Reviews During ASCAP EXPO at Bandzoogle Table

If you would rather not have your website reviewed in front of an audience, that’s ok too. Feel free to drop by the Bandzoogle table anytime between 9AM and 6PM during the ASCAP EXPO and we’ll review your site one-on-one.

San Diego Website Demolition Derby

David and Dave will be driving down to San Diego to host a Website Demolition Derby in collaboration with The San Diego Music Thing, San Diego Music Foundation, and the Museum of Making Music. Here are the details:

Date: Thursday, April 18
Time: 7PM
Location: Museum of Making Music
