Styled Sections
Maybe our biggest design update of the year: you can now add sections to your website! A section is a full-width container for your features. Once you add sections, you can use the built-in design controls to customize them.
Within a section, you can have as many features as you’d like. You can reorder sections on your page, moving them up or down, and use them to visually separate content on the page to create a striking, modern look! Find out more

You read that correctly: 17 new website themes were added to the theme chooser in 2017! Remember, you can change your website template at any time in just a few clicks. Your content will remain intact, and you can always switch back to your current template.

Tools to give you more control over your design
Header and background image controls
You can now zoom in and out on header images, as well as set a focal point to make sure that the most important part of the image displays nicely on any mobile device!
Header slideshow transitions and timing controls
We added the ability to set the slide timing, transition timing, and the type of transition you’d like for your header slideshows. You can set your slides to move fast, medium, or slow. Then adjust the slide effect to fade, slide left, or slide right!
Image filters
You can now apply image filters to your header images! These filters can help make your images blend in better with your theme, resulting in a more professional looking end result. Plus, you don't have to use photo editing software like Photoshop to do it.
New typography options
We rolled out some small but mighty typography improvements in 2017. Size options were replaced with heading styles, and new line-height options were added. Plus, most typefaces now include bold and italic styles!
Custom Fonts
You can now upload a custom font for your site title, your feature titles, the page names in your menu, and your content text!
Improved uploader for images and tracks
We cleaned up a lot of the code needed to run uploads, and made sure that the uploader works better than ever before across all web browsers. So any time you add an image, a song, or a file to your website, it’s be speedier than ever!
Better analytics for your traffic, sales, and fans

We integrated with the world's leading beat selling platform Airbit (formerly myFlashStore) to make it easier than ever to sell beats on your website. Check it out
301 redirects + daily soundscan reporting
If you have an old page address with your previous host that ranks high in search engines, adding a 301 redirect will send both visitors and search engines to your new pages here at Bandzoogle. We also started reporting your music sales daily to SoundScan! Read more
HTTPS for all Bandzoogle websites
Last but not least, to start the year we added increased security by adding secure HTTPS to all Bandzoogle websites. This not only protects your data, but helps with your SEO as well. See the details
