cold6records was co-founded by rick taub and l.hyde in early 2005. the idea behind cold6 is simple, record and produce awesome local talent that for one reason or another has been overlooked by the major labels.

the cold6 mission statement, is to produce and distribute interesting, independent music, regardless of its precieved lack of mainstream appeal.
