Adding images to your website helps reinforce your brand as a musician or band and can add a needed visual element to pages of your site that are more text-focused. Images also allow fans, presenters, and industry professionals to get a visual sense of what you’re doing with your music. There are several ways to incorporate images into your website.

Note: Images must be in JPG, PNG, or GIF format.

This Help article includes the following:

  • The quantity of images permitted in your account
  • Summary of each feature that displays images
  • How to add images
  • How to delete images

For information on adding images to the header area of your website, please view the ‘Header Images’ Help article. For image positioning or sizing issues, please view the ‘Image Sizing’ Help article.

Quantity of images

The number of images permitted for your website is determined by your plan type.

Plan type

  • Lite plan: 100 image uploads
  • Standard plan: 500 image uploads
  • Pro plan: unlimited image uploads

Note: Each image file counts toward your limit (Lite and Standard plans), regardless of size or type. Image limit includes all images uploaded across all features that allow images to be uploaded (not per feature). When you’ve reached your limit, a message about upgrading will be posted to your account. At that point, you can upgrade to a higher plan or delete image files to free up space.

Features that allow image uploads

  • Image: Add a single image. The image feature includes the option to upload an image from your computer, select a previously uploaded image, choose a stock photo from our gallery, or import images from Dropbox.
  • Image and Text: Add preformatted image and text layouts. The image side of this feature includes the option to upload an image from your computer, select a previously uploaded image, choose a stock photo from our gallery, or import images from Dropbox.
