Bandzoogle is now running 100% on our new servers, so you should notice your sites running considerably faster.
You may notice your site is coming up either as www1.yourdomain.com (note the "1") or as users1.bandzoogle.com/yourusername . This is normal, and should go away over the next day.
We'll be working out any last glitches that come up. If you see a problem, please contact us via the HELP section of your control panel (we don't monitor the blog as often).
Thanks,
-Eli

Server move rescheduled for this Thursday
We were all very excited to finally push the big red button and get our server move underway--until we noticed a potential problem. So, we've decided to re-schedule the move for Thursday to make sure that we have time to test everything thoroughly.Your controlpanel will be unavailable from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST on that day while we finish the move.
Thanks for your patience.

This coming Tuesday, April 11th we will be completing our move to our new servers. We've totally restructured our new servers to be faster, more reliable, and to scale with us as we grow.
What to expect on Tuesday:
- Your site will stay up all day, though there will be a portion of the day when your visitors will not be able to add forum posts, comments, etc. (there will be a message on your site advising your visitors of this).
- Your control panel will be disabled for part of the day. Please make any changes to your website / send any mailing list mails by Monday night.
- For a short while after the change is completed, your site's address (URL) will look a bit different. This will go back to normal within a day.
- If there is a message on the front page of your controlpanel telling you that you need to change your nameserver and you have NOT changed it by this Monday, your domain name will forward visitors to the address you were using during your trial. Please contact us ASAP if you need help to make this change.
As always, contact us if you have any questions.
Your favorite 'zooglers, - Chris, Keif, and Eli

A piece of our hardware bit the proverbial biscuit this morning. We were able to replace the hardware within an hour, but you may have had trouble checking your mail and getting to your website between about 9:00 and 10:00 AM, CST.
As part of our server move, we're working on ways to prevent downtime like this in the future.
