old emails and contacts

We are still working to restore old mail. The copy process is taking longer than expected. We also can't import mail to any account that is being actively used. We will keep copying the files over. No emails are lost, we just have to copy the files back. Please be patient. The servers have to move hundreds of thousands of files. It will take some time.

you can fill out a help request by using the HELP then CONTACT link. Please provide info on how you are sending mail (webmail or via an external program)

OK, the restoration of the old emails is done. Takes quite a while to move 1,000,000+ files! If you still don't have your old emails in your folder, contact us via the HELP page and we can check it out. Thanks for everyone's patience!

I know it's tough work but I just wanted to let you know that I use Mozilla Thunderbird (bandzoogle forwards to my inbox) for email and this has totally flooded it and I can't delete or send emails now for the past two days. I know you're working hard - I just didn't know if there was something special I should do. Thanks!
